Ghostbusters 3 has been trapped in development hell for more than a decade, and has one through many different screenwriters. Now, Men in Black 3 scribe Etan Cohen is the latest to take a stab at the material. He’s rewriting the screenplay that was started by The Office writers Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky, which is expected to see the original Ghostbusters join forces with a new generation of paranormal investigators.
There’s still no word on how close Ghostbusters 3 is to getting a green light.
