A fifth instalment of the Mission: Impossible series in on the way. That’s according to Philippe Dauman, CEO of Paramount’s parent company Viacom. When asked by investors if there are plans to develop a new movie, his answer was a simple “yes”.
Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol was the seventh highest grossing film of 2011, so a follow up should come as a no brainer. There’s no word yet if Tom Cruise will be back, or if producer J.J. Abrams will return. If you missed Ghost Protocol in theatres, it’ll infiltrate Blu-ray on April 17.
