The hit cable TV series Spartacus is coming to the PS3 and Xbox 360 with the new fighting game Spartacus Legends.
It’s being created by Supremacy MMA developer Kung Fu Factory, and will thrust players into the roles of the best characters from the show. Spartacus actor Liam McIntyre is providing his voice and likeness, and you’ll also be able to create, train, and customize your very own gladiator. Publisher Ubisoft promises to deliver thousands of ruthless weapon combinations and a robust skill system. The game will feature single player and online multiplayer support.
A demo of Spartacus Legends will be playable at the San Diego Comic-Con starting Thursday at the Starz Media booth. Everyone will be able to enter the arena when the game launches in early 2013. That’s also when Spartacus: War of the Damned, the final season of the TV series, will premiere.
