To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the classic PC shooter Wolfenstein 3D, developer id Software has launched a free-to-play, browser version of the game on this website. It’s the entire game, complete with all its original levels, difficulty settings, catchy music, and outdated controls.

id Software’s parent company Bethesda has also released a new video podcast (above), where Wolfenstein creator John Carmack shares his insights into the creation of the game while he’s playing it.

If you still need more Wolfenstein in your life, the Wolfenstein 3D Classic Platinum Edition is now available on iOS devices like the iPhone and iPad for free! What makes it platinum, you ask? It has new controls that make the game handle more like a modern shooter, where one thumb controls where you move, and the other controls where you look and aim.
