If you’re anxiously awaiting the mindless action movie G.I Joe: Retaliation, you’re in for a big disappointment. The film has been delayed by almost a year. It was originally slated to arrive on June 29, but will now destroy theatres on March 29, 2013.
Distributor Paramount Pictures says it needs the extra time to work on the film’s eye-popping 3D sequences. The studio insists that the delay has nothing to do with the recent box office failure of Battleship, another movie based on a Hasbro toy line.
Now you know, and knowing is half the battle.
