According to The Hollywood Reporter, the military action movie Act of Valor is being turned into a TV show.
The film’s director Scott Waugh is serving as producer on the small screen project, and he’ll also helm the pilot episode. Like the film, it’ll focus on an elite special forces unit that travels the globe eliminating terrorists and making the world safe for democracy. TNT is producing the show, but there’s no word yet on when it might premiere.
Scott Waugh is also attached to helm the big screen Need for Speed movie, which will cross the finish line in theatres on February 7, 2014.
