No, this is not a late April Fools joke.
Variety reports that Ashton Kutcher is attached to play Steve Jobs in a film about the late Apple co-founder. It will focus on Jobs’ early career, and chronicle how he helped revolutionize the computer industry in the 1970s. Shooting is expected to begin soon.
This isn’t the only movie about Steve Jobs in the works. Sony Pictures is developing a big screen adaptation of the bestselling biography, simply titled Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson.
