Crystal Dynamics is looking for developers to work on a brand new IP set to release on next-generation consoles.
The job advert is looking for an ”animation engineer to collaborate with industry leading animators and programmers to create a cutting edge, original IP for future platforms.” The listing doesn’t mention what the game is, but it does say that the successful applicant will be working ”on third-person action adventure AAA titles.”
There’s no way I can even begin to guess at what this game could be as it’s an original IP. However, this announcement does suggest that we won’t be seeing a next-gen Tomb Raider game for quite some time.
