Day 1 Studios, the makers of the popular MechAssault games for the original Xbox, have announced a new mech game titled Reign of Thunder. It’s the studio’s first entry in the genre in almost eight years, and promises fast paced, arcade-style combat with plenty of customization. Best of all, it’ll be free-to-play.
Reign of Thunder is not a direct sequel to the MechAssault games, and takes place in its own universe. It stomps onto the PC later this year.
