Django Unchained Loses Two Actors

There’s some disappointing news for anyone looking forward to Quentin Tarantino’s new movie Django Unchained. Two big actors, Sacha Baron Cohen and Kurt Russell, have reportedly dropped out of the film.

Sacha Baron Cohen broke the news himself while speaking on The Howard Stern Show, saying he was forced to abandon the film due to scheduling conflicts. Variety claims that Kurt Russell has left, but no reason has been given for his departure. It remains to be seen who will take their place. Replacements will have to be found soon, because the film is currently shooting, and is scheduled for release this December.

Django Unchained is a spaghetti western about an escaped slave who seeks bloody revenge on his former masters. Jamie Foxx will fill the lead role, with Inglourious Basterds bad guy Christoph Waltz playing a good guy this time around.
