Seth MacFarlane’s irreverent comedies Family Guy and American Dad are going to be around for at least two more years. Fox has renewed both shows for the 2013-2014 season, which will bring the total number of Family Guy seasons to twelve, with American Dad clocking in at nine.

MacFarlane fans might be a little worried though, because there’s no word yet if The Cleveland Show will also continue into 2014. It will be back for a fourth season, which will run from 2012-2013, but it remains to be seen if it will continue after that.

Seth MacFarlane is about to make his big screen debut with the raunchy Mark Wahlberg comedy Ted, about a talking teddy bear. It will hit theatres on July 13.
