It has been discovered that the iOS and Android versions of Grand Theft Auto 3 are compatible with various PC mods for the game.
There is no need to do anything illegal or warranty-breaking in order to use the mods, however, at the moment only car models are able to be swapped out. You can follow the tutorial below if you wish to find out how to do this.
