Cable network TNT has revealed that Frank Darabont, the former producer of The Walking Dead, is developing a series based on the non-fiction book L.A. Noir: The Struggle for the Soul of America’s Most Seductive City. It chronicles the real-life fight between the LAPD and gangsters in the 1940s.
