Director Morgan Spurlock has announced that his next documentary, Mansome, is being adapted into a daily web series by Yahoo. Like the film, it will focus on the changing ideas of what it takes to be a man in the 21st century, from personal grooming to masculine behaviour. Spurlock will serve as executive producer on the series, and it will go online this July.
Mansome, the film, features interviews with many manly men and is hosted by Arrested Development stars Jason Bateman and Will Arnett. It premiered earlier this year at the Tribeca Film Festival, and is currently in a limited theatrical release. You can expect to see it on Blu-ray and VOD later this year.
