Ada Wong Campaign in Resident Evil 6?
Files discovered in the recently released Resident Evil 6 demo point to the game including a fourth, as-yet unannounced, campaign featuring Ada Wong.
Files relating to the campaign have been spotted by both NeoGAF and GameFaqs users, hidden within the demo code. According to the data, Ada will be armed with a grappling hook, just like she was in Resident Evil 4. Her campaign partner is simply labeled “helper” in the files, however character data has been spotted for Carla, the woman that Ada is investigating, which could point to a partnership forming.
Publisher Capcom didn’t confirm the existence of a fourth campaign, but did issue the following statement to Eurogamer:
“While it is correct that at E3 we confirmed that Ada Wong would feature in Resident Evil 6, we have no comment on the reports that are currently circulating.”
A fourth character was also hinted at on the cover of the Premium Edition, containing Leon’s leather jacket, which featured a fourth blacked out “secret” character alongside the three main protagonists.
