If you’re not one of the people who hated The Dark Knight Rises, you’ll be happy to know that DC Comics has released a motion comic prequel to the film. No, it’s not just a comic version of Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. It’s known as The Dark Knight Rises: Prologue, and explores the seven year gap between the film and its predecessors, and goes into the backstory of the beefy villain Bane. The comic is written by Joshua Williamson and the artwork is by Jorge Jimenez, both of whom have worked on other DC comics like Teen Titans.

Fans may be disappointed to learn that The Dark Knight Rises: Prologue is only available on Nokia mobile devices that run on the Windows Phone operating system. If you’ve got a compatible device, you can download it by clicking here.
