Deadline reports that Drive Angry’s devilish accountant William Fichtner has been cast as the main villain the Disney’s upcoming Lone Ranger movie. It’ll star Johnny Depp as the scene-stealing sidekick Tonto, with Armie Hammer has the title hero.
Rango director Gore Verbinski will helm. Shooting is expected to begin soon, and audiences will be able to see the Lone Ranger ride into theatres on May 31, 2013.
