We're still waiting for Valve to actually make Half-Life 3, but in the meantime, the studio will release a new round of free downloadable content for Portal 2. It's known as the Perpetual Testing Initiative, and will give players a simplified way to create their own mind-bending puzzles without leaving the game, and then publish them online...
